Guest guest Posted January 3, 2008 Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 hurt his knee on the 26th during a basketball tournament at Garces...Ruthie was in Memorial er for about 5 hrs. next day saw the ortho,next day had a mri today saw the ortho again and he has to have surgery on the knee, no more sports for a year...he is very bumbed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ This morning I had my yearly blood testing done,8 vivles[sp] I have been trying very hard to get my 4000 units of calcium in every day. I have started setting the alarms on my ph., that helps alot, I also got some chewable calcium... I have been having a bad time with my heels hurting really bad,so thought I had better get to cracking on the 4000units well since starting it my heels are feeling much better.. Monday is my rebirth day six years aand have never said I wish I hadn't had surgery....I will tell everyone I LOVE THIS SURGERY!!!! LOL I am running round 182, got up to 192 and stoped some of the candy and off it came..we are trying to eat right as Ruthie wants to loose some weight, so what the heck, I will not do any baking for awhile..lol Can't anyway no oven, went out on the 24th..,but life is good. that's my story and I am sticking to it.
