This is the protocol I used except it should also state I think that if the DMSO

is 99% or more it needs to be mixed with distilled water 70%DMSO 30%Distilled

Water. In other words I would dilute the 99% some with distilled water.

For bathing with the DMSO watering down is not important the tub water will do

that.

Hey everyone,I have switched to transdermal MMS1 w/DMSO and MMS2 oral. (because of my stomach burning)The only caution I would have to the instructions below is that they say you can apply with a " plastic bag over your hand " .  Considering the power of DMSO - I'm thinking a plastic bag or a latex glove is a bad idea.  Couldn't the DMSO pull some of the bad stuff out of the plastic and drive it into your bloodstream?

Perhaps now that it is well known how toxic plastic really is. I did it with my

bare hand and had no complications.

Activate the MMS1 1 drop sodium chlorite 5 drops activator, let activate for 3

minutes then add DMSO it will become warm do not be alarmed then apply to skin.

Be sure the DMSO is 70% in my opinion.

this is 99% so should i first mix it with 2 parts dsmo to 1 part distilled

water then add that to the mms 1 mixture ?

The mixture and dsmo doesn't seem to be doing anything I started with 7

drops maybe i will make

another mixture with 10 or 12 drops

was hoping to do externally instead of taking internally and I don't know if

I should take bath as

well it may be too much ?

will drink some probably later and see what happens

I guess I would feel it if it were working

Do you guys think the amount of DMSO is critical?I've been mixing 1/4 teaspoon MMS1 with 5 parts c.a. solution, swirl, let sit for 3 minutes.  Then I just pour in approximately 1/4 teaspoon DMSO swirl quickly, pour in my hands and apply as fast as possible.  It really doesn't bother my skin (I guess my skin is tougher than my stomach ;-)

My herx was pretty bad yesterday by 8 p.m., but not as bad today.  I'm at day 11 of MMS1 (from oral to topical) and day 8 of MMS2. Maybe I'm rounding the corner. (although yesterday I did add in some colloidal silver which always causes a herx for me.)

I put the mixture on the washcloth and applied to areas of middle waist back and could feel it in shoulders

head, ear on right side mostly and other places.

A year or so ago I had a negative stool test for candida and believed I didn't have it from that.

Warning to others not to trust stool tests.

This method seems preferable to drinking it. I need to see how I feel today and mabye will drink it

as well as taking it externally. Not Sure.

It really doesn't bother my skin (I guess my skin is tougher than my stomach ;-)My herx was pretty bad yesterday by 8 p.m., but not as bad today. Just an added note that I used the wash cloth all night and kept reapplying it

and could feel the effect all night. and early morning. I feel the tightness in my

head on right side which I believe has to do with the candida hopefully die off

Make sure you are drinking lots of water today to help the detox.For me, when the herxes get real bad I use cholestyramine, Pectasol, any fiber, Burbur and I've heard Alka Seltzer Gold is good.

hi thanks for ur refernces here...I have been seeing them on my mail lately. i was actually inquiring about the oral intake of BS and maple syrup. not intravenous or nebulizer. I do see that i was not clear about this. Though it is information I am glad to have and have been saving them in a save folder...thank u again. =) I just cant find anywhere about whether water is added to the mixture while cooking them or not...the protocols i have found are just rather vague. thanku =)

do you add water to this mixture of just make the mixture of mms1 and

lemons/lime then add DSMO 70 % and distilled water 30$

Last night i added distilled water to the MMS 1 and lemons then DSMO and it

didn't have the strenght it had the previous night

so I guess I should add any distillled water?

can any one verify please
