cayenne so

Ihave tried cream of tartar but didn't feel any results

I feel results from the external MMS and DSMO

Yeah, I cook with coconut oil.  I have the refined and the unrefined depending on whether or not I want the flavor.  I also put 2 tablespoons in smoothies when I make them.  I have some oil of oregano, but can't stand the taste.  Even if I put it into capsules - it just seems to permeate.  The cream of tartar protocol is new to me until last week.

Maybe i will put in banana smoothie bananas ghiraldala cocoa powder vanilla some teecino coffee

really good was putting chloroxgyen but ran out use some hemp oil have to get rid of it's not

the real hemp

also great ginger beer reciepe lots of ginger shreded about 12 oranges, 12 limes, a pineapple

and panella (unprocessed sugar cane) it's excellent
