Can you tell me what you take daily? Do you take ADEK's?

That is EXACTLY the theory I have lived by. In fact I just told that

exact thing to my mom last week. Even with taking MORE than

recommended I've never had to decrease anything but I have had to UP

some vitamins. I am a total believer in taking extra and being

diligent in getting our labs done..so we may tweak our vitamin intake

BEFORE we get into serious trouble.
