Isn't epsom salt a laxative? When my bp was high and would not come down, my

neighbor made me a solution of epsom salt in water then took maybe a glass shot

and put in glass and filled it with orange juice. I had a one time lbm and my

bp went down.

i take fish oil, salmon any oil omega 3 and aloe vera capsules daily

very regular and no chiropractor

also pro biotics
