Guest guest
I have read recently about bed bugs. They coming back in the US. I remember it said that the only way to get rid of them is heat. It suggested the drier for clothing, bedding and etc.. I am guessing that a hot bath or sauna for a human. Hair drier for hair and so forth.
Guest guest
They sell bed bug mattress covers at the ore-ck store and then put some nice organic cotton sheets over them. if your bed is really old I would throw it out and get a new one. they say the weight of your old mattress can double because of bed bugs, yuck. Everyone pressured me to spray chemicals for a flea problem. I just kept vacuum and vacuum,,,,,,,them up, it was a lot of work but no chemicals! Spray lightly on the mattress or fabric covered furniture, and use a sponge to spread the spray evenly and soak up some extra moisture. You can also use that spray on your body (avoid your eyes with it). Do not use that spray on your hair or other hairy areas since it bleaches it, which changes the color. To kill bed bugs, mites and fleas on washable items, add 1 cup of H202 to each load of laundry. Here's many other practical H202 uses: http://www.h2o2-4u.com/house.html For fleas, mites or bedbugs in the hair and scalp, hairy areas of the body, or on pets, apply plenty of extra virgin or virgin olive oil and leave it on as long as you can; overnight wear a shower cap on your head to protect clothing and bedding. ---------------------------------------------------------- Okay, Maddalena, with the aforementioned info, you are now a full-fledged Bed Bug Marine !
