Rabies..........o-o-o-o bad news. Also called hydrophobia because the victim develops a fear of water yet a hot steam bath is a big help. I honestly have no idea if MMS would have any effect on rabies but a long hot steamy MMS bath may be worth a try. You didn't say whether this is for people or animals. , I doubt we have the personal experience to be of any use in a rabies discussion.

Is rabies a problem in India?

As far as MMS is concerned , it is supposed to kill all viruses and bacteria and maybe even prions and other tiny malfeasance.
