That depends on the wishes of the author...

Is it written by Jim Humble? With respect to Books I and II, he urged

people to give them away freely (or sell them or whatever they wanted),

but you should make sure the new one has the same permission.

It will say somewhere inside, usually in the first few pages...

Hmmm... is it really Part III? Or is the Part II, 3rd edition? If it is

Part II 3rd edition, it can be freely distributed...

Googling doesn't reveal the existence of a Part III, but maybe it is

just too new?

I just found that it is reproduction of

and renamed as Miracle-Mineral-Part3... some one has just made it appear
