This is what Jim says in the book when you feel bad you back the next dose down a drop or 2. It works. Vitiman C is the antidote, take C if needing to work ect and counteract the chlorine dioxide. I was fortunate enough to take off work while dealing with lyme and taking MMS. But yes back off never make yourself sick, this only makes it harder for the body to heal. The process takes patience and can be grueling but once there the trip is worth the pain. Also remember to take supplements I had to figure a plan for myself the supplements are morning and the MMS was 2 hours after awakening. Now with maintenance I always take MMS1 at night because it helps me sleep to. MMS2 did not have this effect on me after detox I could work and take the MMS2 and not get sleepy. Not sure what effect this would have had if still ill. Replacing electrolytes is important and in my opinion iron. I take sole and blackstrap molasses I also add flower of sulfur to mine, individual choice.
