Help in getting psychologist evaluation.

hi,

I have applied for kadie beckett renewal this year. I did receive letter stating that they require the following to get "Continued stay application".

Current psychologist evaluation. Licensed professionals approved to do these assessments are as follows:

Development Pediatrician, Psychologist, Ph.D, M.Ed., Ed.s.,

or Behavioral specialist.

This report must contain an IQ and be signed by one of the above professionals. Adaptive Function testing is also highly recommended.

Has anybody done this. I would appreciate if you can recommend any development pediatrician, phsychologist or behavioral specialist who can take medicaid (kadie beckett) and do the above required psychologist evaluation.
