Question about using mms topically for psoriasis

I used mms1 about 6 months ago @ 15 drops 3x a day taken orally for about 3 weeks and the psoriasis on my elbows disappeared also my extreme craving for junk food was gone oddly, also Ive used it to eliminate a very bad sinus infection and several bouts with flu etc but I still have psoriasis on the very base of my neck at the hairline..does someone know the mixture and if i can apply it there (can it change hair color?) or if that even works when applied topically for psoriasis? any advice is much appreciated.
