Guest guest
Hi Anita- I asked how it happened. In no way did I insinuate that she did something to make it happen. Im not like that at all. I know we are prone to them- anybody can be. I am familiar with that. Some people are more prone to developing stones than others and there are different types of kidney stones, etc. Needless to say, there's no guarantee that if you do or don't do something , you'll be guaranteed not to develop kidney stones. Don't forget, this is also something that can happen to non-WLSers as well. -Anita in San > > Oh Pat- are you ok? I know so many people who have gone through this and they say it is so painful. Guest guest
no no- no apology neccessary. I guess mine sounded curt too.........lol. Lets just laugh it off. And youre right. Either weight gain or surgery has been blamed for a lot. My dad is as skinny as a rail and has had kidney stones many times so I know it can hppen to anyone. I was just wondering if there is something- besides food- that seems to set them off. You were not being prickly...........lol Hugs to ya VIcki rowanceleste wrote: Vicki, Sorry, the problem with email or text, is that you can't get the nuances. I took asking how she got them as an implication that she had 'done something wrong'. I apologize! Just consider it post-MO sensitivity where it always seemed like people blamed obesity and any subsequent problems solely on the individual person, as if there could be no other reason or contributing factors for their weight or any other issues they (or we) experienced. Sorry to be prickly! *hugs* Anita in San > > > > Oh Pat- are you ok? I know so many people who have gone through this > and they say it is so painful.
