Collidal silver and water ozonator

hi can anyone recommend good sources for these two items, im on a budget but

would like good quality. I think someone once mentioned the silver puppy? and

when I checked the ozonators on amazon, they seemed low quality or not so much

for health purposes, with the exception of sota which is pretty expensive. I am

new here and will be starting mms and possibly mms2 soon, I bought them both but

need to work them into my regimans and schedule. Poz here
