Hi Lousie,

Please don't call it 'pool chlorine', for two reasons... strictly

speaking, it isn't (its commercial name is 'pool shock'), but most

importantly, there are other types of 'pool chlorine' that are sold in

pool supply stores that are *not* calcium hypochlorite.

So, please refer to MMS2 as either MMS2, or calcium hypochlorite, to

avoid any possibility someone will get confused, buy the wrong thing and

kill themselves in the process.

Had you just eaten anything? Did you drink additional water? More water

is the recommendation if you have any substantial burping going on... it

just means there isn't enough water in your stomach to convert the

calcium hypochlorite into hypochlorous acid.

Also, although Jim says its ok to take MMS after eating, both myself and

my Dad had a *lot* of problems with burping if we did that. He also

needed more water at least at first, and I needed a little more, but

soon, got past the need for additional water.

Thanks so much for your various suggestions of things that have helped you with CFS. Lainey, thanks for the suggestions Lomatium. I'll check it out. How long did you have CFS? My experience and the research suggests that once you go over the 5 year mark it is much harder to get rid of. Lots of people find ways to heal in the early stages, but I wasn't one of them. I have tried soooo many things, so I get to the point where I just live with it now and live my life as fully as I can. The MMS1 & 2 just really caught my attention straight away, and for some reason it feels like this could be the thing for me. I even went out and bought the capsules and pool chlorine yesterday to start taking MMS2. I took my first capsule this morning with the recommended 2 glasses of water. I then burped chlorine for over 2 hours and had some heartburn. I already have indigestion problems, so for a little while I decided I wouldn't be able to continue. But it's improved now (nearly 4 hours later), so I'll stick with it. The clay-based drinks Arie mentioned might be the answer to those side-effects too.And re the mould, Gloria, I have had problems in the past with mould (mold), but cleared that up - and moved house (by coincidence not due to it). I will bear it in mind though. And re the blood pressure, I suffer from low blood pressure so I would doubt I'd get any high blood pressure, but that's another thing I'll keep an eye on.It's great to have the support of so many caring people. Let's all get well together Keep SmilingLouise
