I juice fruits and vegies in season, so today was apple, pear and carrot. It takes the taste away and has no added vit C. Also I chew a small piece of crystalized ginger if I feel any nausea.DaveFrom: Charmaine <charmainertaylor@...> Sent: Sun, 18 April, 2010

I AM using the MMS1 solution, and could not find apple juice to 'chase it' with as my freind suggested. I tried Acai berry juice, but it is pricey at $5-6. a quart. So she told me the only brand she found with NO added ascorbic acid ( Vit C) is the Safeway brand. and she is right.

ANY Vit C will negate the MMS1 action , so when it is in Veggie juice too ( I just checked the V8 organic vegetable juice and ascorbic acid is added to it) AND you should NOT have any VIT c caps, chewables one hour before and after you take the MMS.

so that brand Apple juice will work great I actually use 2 oz distilled water, and 1 oz apple juice as the juice seems so sweet now that I am on a vegetarian diet Charmaine

There are several Knudson juices in most local grocery stores, that have no C at all. Not only none added, but the amount is so small it's listed at zero in the nutrition part of the label.

Acai berry is noted for having lots of natural C.
