Yes a friend is who you share your intimate thoughts with, someone

who accepts you for who you are, about unconditional love.

In life you may find social acquaintances who you share the same

parties, but some people are not interested in the bad days, only

when you the " joker " . Even the joker needs a break and has other

feelings. You may be in contact with these people regularly and see

them all the time, but are they your friends.

You discover who your real friends are when you are going through a

tough time, not when you are having fun.

Yes, you can meet the most kind and amazing people online, you may

not be able to hold their hand but you can certainly feel their heart

and their love.

I just want to say that Alice was the one who posted this wonderful poem about internet friends, so that credit should be going to her. And I'm thankful that she did post it because I feel the very same way. So many people try to "warn" me about myspace and online groups. About how the people on there are all dangerous, or you couldn't really possibly have a relationship with people you've never physically met.......etc. And then I just look at them and say "You don't know MY friends.
