Just slipped up and had coffee....how long to wait before MMS?

I am confused now.......I want to try to do the a few drops every hour thing

throughout the day....but its impossible to not eat all day to have the optimal

condition of an empty stomach.

Plus I just slipped up and had coffee. How long to wait before MMS?
