Guest guest
Hi, We ran a series of tests, including blood, hair and provoked urine toxic metals. There is some disagreement across the boards on the best method of calculating total metals in the body, so I will concede that point up front. Our very first provoked urine toxic metals test we ran with GPL when we were doing NO biomed at all. His lead levels were a 70, on a reference range of 0-5. His DAN said that was the highest she had ever personally seen on this particular test. His blood tests came back above normal ranges as well, although the blood tests for metals is pointless unless you are looking for current exposure. Funny it was actually high enough though that our health department agreed to come out and check our house for lead. We discovered it was coming from our garden hose, of all things. We only ran one hair test as our DAN does not think this is a reliable way to measure heavy metals, specifically lead and mercury. That's just her opinion, and for now I am satisfied with it. We actually only ran a hair essential elements test in the first place to look at lithium levels. We did four rounds of DMSA and retested the UTM and his lead levels read a 34. His other metals came back raised from his first one, like you mentioned, as the lead comes out other metals show up behind it. Every UTM we have run since then the lead keeps decreasing, although not as dramatically as the first time we re-ran it. We have had nothing but positive experiences with this protocol so far and plan to continue it until it stops working for us, or all the metals are gone (oh, wouldn't that be a happy day).... The next toxic metals test we ran > > > > > > > > From: Farley <chris_farley@> > > > > Subject: RE: Cutler chelation protocol - Poll! > > > > To: mb12 valtrex > > > > Date: Monday, September 8, 2008, 8:07 AM > > > > > > > > I have never done the protocol but I have heard that most > > begin > > > > the " round " on Friday when they pick child up from school > and > > end > > > > on Sunday (early Monday morning).
