The reason I am 25 pounds lighter is that I am (according to the kid who

measured me at Dr. K's) just 4 foot 11 inches. At first he swore I was five

feet 11 inches but then Ron had to teach him how to read the dang chart. I was

a whole inch taller when I had total knee replacements but now I seem to be

shrinking. But, thinking back to high school and college I was always 4' 11 "

anyway.

For the first time I am five pounds LESS than my driver's license says and

when I changed it before I was lying then, too. My favorite story was when I

weighed 220 my driver's license said 110. The driver's license employee

asked if there was anything I would like to change and so I changed it to 150 -

another lie. After the DS I changed it to 140. It always amazes me that I

can lie my head off on my driver's license but never lie about anything else.

(last day of my 65th year - I need a big vanilla cake with coconut frosting

and lemon filling and I suspect one will show up tomorrow because I have been

talking about it for a week. Food sounds yucky with this cold but cake

sounds great - and yes, I am taking my protein drinks, vitamins, and calcium.)
