Guest guest
do you take a break ever? What about vitamin C dosing when on your off hours? -- [ ] MMS use. Hi all,I'm new here. Thought I'd add my two cents.I've been using MMS1 for about year and half. I haven't had a cold or any illness since then. I've also removed one wart with a topical solution. I understand it doesn't work with all of them. You just have to experiment with it.All of our bodies are different so not every way of doing things is good for everyone.I have settled on a 5 drop dose I take 2 times a day. I call it a "fiver"It will "clean you out," depending on the amount you take. Experiment until you find what is best for you.I've also started taking MMS2. I take one capsule a day with lots of water. No side effects.Graig :>)
Guest guest
I do take breaks once in a while. I rely on my body to tell me when that has to happen. Right now I'm on a maintainance dose so I don't take it everyday. I'm on a very good multi-vitamin from Healhy Habits so I don't consider Vitamin C much. > > do you take a break ever? Guest guest
It would be educating to know, what issues you where targeting when you started MMS. After how many months where these issues cleared? What was your protocol before moving into a maintenance dose? Jim's maintenence dose is 4 to 6 drops once a day. Why have you choosen twice a day? What issues are you addressing for MMS2? From: graigyar <graigy@...> Sent: Fri, June 11, 2010 10:56:06 PMSubject: [ ] MMS use. Hi all,I'm new here.
