Guest guest
Hi all. I need 2 referrals. First, I need a pediatric dentist for my 3 year old autistic son. We're in Alanta, near Emory. He has no real sensory defensiveness, except his mouth. One of his front teeth has started looking rather gray, so I'm thinking a visit to the dentist is in order. Second, I spoke with someone at the Medicaid medical management group last week. She said that Medicaid does pay for some ABA, depending upon the child's " level. " When I asked what that meant, she said he needed an evaluation by a neuropsychiatrist (as opposed to the psychologists who diagnosed him). Does anyone know of a pediatric neuropsychiatrist who accepts Beckett in the general vicinity who is sympathetic to our special needs kids? Thanks in advance!
