Guest guest
Hello Glo, It is actually turning dark yellow. As you add water to dilute it, the yellow color will be evident. Avoid the fumes, they are a respiratory irritant. I have made citric acid from tap water, and from distilled water, and have stored it at room temperature without any problems. I use pharmaceutical grade citric acid, which is very pure. On a side note, you can eliminate the odor of the cooking of your room mates by mixing up a weak chlorous acid solution and spraying it in the air of your room. Chlorine dioxide does a great job of eliminating odors. Tom > > Hello everyone- > I started taking the MMS using 5 drops citric acid to one of the MMS solution and the color was all clear. When the first bottle of citric acid solution ran out I decided to mix the rest of the powder so I could do the 1:1 ratio. It now turns brown as soon as I add the citric acid to it. Why? Has the citric acid powder gone bad or something? Also, breathing it in now burns like hades. The foil packet was closed up and clipped closed and put in a drawer. I did not keep the mixed up citric acid solution in the fridge either as had not heard anything about refrigerating it till lately. I could not find distilled water like I usually get at WalMart, either. I had to buy Nestle PureLife which has minerals added back in. > Has anyone with body wide fungal infections noticed an increase in itchy vaginal secretions and an increased craving for sugar while on the MMS? This is driving me nuts and I know it is the yeast fighting for survival, but how do I conquer it? When I lived alone it was easier as I just didn't have sugar in the house but now I am surrounded by folks who like to snack (a lot!) I spend a lot of time in my room to avoid the temptation but I can smell those cinnamon rolls baking. Don't tell me to move because it is just not feasible at this point in time (no job/no income either and living here is possible because of charitable feelings the folks have). Thanks for your advice. > Glo >
