Vicki was reminding me that tuna is a concern for certain populations

due to mercury content. I am not in the group of individuals who must

limit tuna, but perhaps some of the group are. Children and women of

child-bearing years should limit their intake of tuna to six ounces per

week and really would be better off eating light tuna instead of

albacore.

Personally, I eat albacore for the higher level of omega 3. I find it

erases my muscle pain. Certainly my brain seems to be okay. Maybe it

is binding with the elevated arsenic in my drinking water at work and I

am peeing it out or something!
