I'm still breastfeeding my very healthy son(2y+3m)frequently and

after he tried from my first KT batch he asked for more. Is there any

concern reg. the caffeine for him? Do I have to reduce it ?

I read that someone mixes Rooibos Tee with Green Tea.Is this a better

option and does it taste similar to the pure Green tee KT?

Some people mentioned that they let the KT brew longer when they have

candida. How long? I don't really like it too sour, but will drink it

until I have overcome the candida. The first lot 11 day fermentation

gave it just a nice taste. If I want to kill off the candida,do i have

to give up fruit for some months as with a normal candida diet?

The kombu.de website says to leave the KT mature for at least 5 days

after fermenting to get the most benefits, but many people don't seem

to bother.

It says as well to fill bottles up to the rim and cap them properly

and apparently there's no risk of the bottles exploding.I'm a bit

confused now about what to do.

Also:A friend has Fibromyalgia,Arthritis and slight diabetis. She was

interested in KT until I said that it's fermented. As she has an

allergy against fermented food she won't take it.I could imagine, that

this kind of fermentation is different from fermentation in cheese

etc.Any advice on that?

Her hubby has restless legs and suffers most from the medication for

that.Anyone here with positive results reg. restless legs?I might get

him to try the KT out anyway.

Thanks,
