I prefer a combination clay/charcoal slurry, with one part clay, one part

coconut shell charcoal and one part bamboo charcoal...

This is interesting ...i did not even realize there were diff

charcoals

I don't think there are any studies substantiating any differences, but

if you research bamboo, you'll find a lot of references to its healing

properties through its resonant frequencies... here is one such page:

I'm not a 'mystic', but there is some science to backup some of the

'mystical' claims...

I'm wanting to try out some bamboo bed sheets too...

As for coconut shells - I just love coconuts, and they are a very

powerful healing food, so since I can get AC from coconut shells, I do...
