Healinghope.

When i first did research on Moringa there were only 45 websites to read. Now,

there are more than 3,500. Go to PubMed and there are many research papers

presented there on healing qualities of moringa oleifera including amti tumors

and some cancers.

The tree for life org. document gives a chart on what diseases it can heal and

which part of the plant to use. I don't ever touch roots as this can raise blood

pressure. Seed is goitrogen but i take it for arthritis/rheumatism pains.

Grew two new ones in big pot to be taken in during winter.

Frozen leaves are available at freezer section of the Filipino and other Asian

stores. I boil this for tea. Hubby eats the cooked leaves. We always blanched

the leaves of moringa, never eaten it raw.

husband and I are missionaries in Guatemala. There is an abundance of these

trees growing here, but the local people are not aware of the prize they have.

We are educating them on how to use the Moringa Tree. It can maintain their

lives when their crops fail, ass many did last year. It is remarkable. I take

mine every day. :-)

Trans,

This tree has been in existence for centuries and used in different countries

for medicinal and nutritional purposes. No, this is not hype like other

manufactured food. It was just brought to light in the past decades. Its

benefits are real. Hey, starting a cold? Runny nose? Take a tea and drink an

ounce of virgin coconut oil (if you are used to vco otherwise maybe 1/4 tsp)

and the runny nose/cold/allergy will stop between 15-30 minutes.

Carole,

Moringa tea. I make it out of frozen leaves bought from Asian stores. You

might want to make it potent by adding turmeric root or its powder form, cayenne

and cinnamon. But the tea alone will suffice if taken with vco.
