Yesterday I posted on Clorox baths and there has been some discussion. Here

is further information including all the detoxification baths suggested by

Parsells who lived to be 105 years of age after being diagnosed with

terminal TB at age 40.

Soaking food in Clorox It seems that you are to use the Original Clorox as

with the detoxification bath. No acceptance has been given for Clorox Plus

that I can find.

Remember my post: Ann Louise Gittleman said that the original clorox

returned to salt and water and made that point because she stated she would

be recommending Clorox further on in the book in the chapter on baths.

Here are Parsells' baths and I note that Ann Louise said not to shower for

four hours while Parsells says 8:

THERAPEUTIC PERSONAL BATHING

Of course, it follows naturally in our thinking, that if foods are being

affected by the polluted environmental conditions, that people are also

being affected as they live and work in the same type of environment. In

daily life we ingest and breathe and drink poisonous material on a regular

basis.

We are finding in our testing and analyses that most of us are suffering

from seriously altered energy rates which are caused from this environmental

pollution

I have also spent many years testing and recommending personal bathing

regimens and the results have proven to me conclusively that the ancient

civilizations were wise to utilize bathing as a means of obtaining relief

from many health problems.

The following are suggestions for personal cleansing baths which provide

relief from many generalized symptoms. These baths are simple, inexpensive,

harmless and extremely effective.

As in the treatment of foods, I recommend different formulas for different

types of conditions.

PERSONAL BATHING FORMULA NO. 1

Place 1 pound of sea salt or rock salt and 1 pound of baking soda in a tub

of water as hot as can be tolerated. Stay in the bath until it has cooled to

body temperature. Do not shower for at least 8 hours following bath.

INDICATIONS FOR BATHING FORMULA NO. 1

Exposure to environmental radiation or excessive x-rays, causing general

muscular aches, nausea, headaches or disturbances in balance.

PERSONAL BATHING FORMULA NO. 2

Place 1 cup of old-fashioned Clorox in a tub of water as hot as can be

tolerated. Stay in the bath until it has cooled to body temperature. Do not

shower for at least 8 hours following bath.

INDICATIONS FOR BATHING FORMULA NO. 2

Following exposure to heavy metals such as aluminum, carbon monoxide or

unburned carbons, pesticide spray or deterrents, causing decreased energy,

shortness of breath, light-headedness, or impaired balance.

PERSONAL BATHING FORMULA NO. 3

Place at least 2 pounds of soda in a tub of water as hot as can be

tolerated. Stay in the bath until it has cooled to body temperature. Do not

shower for at least 8 hours following bath.

INDICATIONS FOR BATHING FORMULA NO. 3

If you have been exposed to low-grade radioactive materials in the air, or

irradiated food, and have noticed soreness of gums or mouth, swollen glands

or soreness in throat and inability to retain food comfortably in stomach.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PERSONAL THERAPEUTIC BATHING

Use only one bathing formula per evening. Bedtime is good, as the body

detoxifies during sleep. Do not mix ingredients from different formulas.

Each bath is recommended only for the specific indications as described. If

you feel that you have need for all of the baths, they should be alternated

on different evenings. They can be continued until relief from symptoms is

noticed.

These are not specific Parsells therapeutic baths

The Sea Salt and Baking Soda Bath:

One pound of each in a tub of water as hot as you are able to stand, stay in

the bath until the water has cooled (20-25 minutes). This relieves

environmental radiation from our bodies, especially after air travel and

X-rays. Symptoms of radiation exposure can be headaches, mild nausea,

tiredness, muscle aches, and problems with balance.

Apple Cider Vinegar Bath:

This bath is a general detoxifier. It raises the acid level in the body to

help build immunity. Take before the symptoms of a cold or flu or when there

is fatigue from mental or emotional stress. Mix two cups of Apple Cider

Vinegar to a tub of water as hot as you can stand and stay in the bath until

the water has cooled
