Hi Dave, and welcome! Blobs, growing things, oogly monsters are, I'm afraid part of the nature of the beast ;-) The only way to get over this is to strain the things out before drinking the KT. You could have 2 clean empty bottles ready in the morning and strain the contents of the older KT into these (one for you, one for your girl friend). I do this every morning, straining ooglified KT into the family 2-litre bottle from which all KT is taken for that day. Generally I feel safer with food grade plastic bottles, but glass is also so much nicer to give away as a present.
