What I have hear is in a dropper bottle and quite strong. I am fighting sinus horrific headaches again. : As a follow-up, I can heartily recommend the following to control : allergy related sinus infections. It also works well on bugs that : are passed around: a daily neti rinse with a pinch of salt in : hot water with one drop of oregano oil. Plus one drop of : oregano oil in juice. What is Zylitol? : . Also, at the tail end, I added the Xylitol sinus rinse.
