Guest guest
Hi , PC- Phosphatidylcholine- Think of it as B6 and Choline PS- Phosphatidylserine- Think of it as B12 PI- Phosphatidylinositol- Think of it as supportive Bs and Inositol PE - Phosphatidylethanolmine- Think of it as the other supportive Bs PC and PS are the most important but they function better when given in balance with the other Phospholipids. The Phospholipid cycle (not sure if that is exactly what it is called) is connected to the Krebs and Methylation cycles. Ignoring it is like putting gas in your car (for Krebs and Methylation) and not putting oil in your car (Phospholipid cycle). PC and PS Complex does for its cycle what mB12, the other Bs and Folic, and DMG/TMG do for theirs. Many gains are seen in the kids and they tend to branch out in different directions from the gains seen with Bs TMG/DMG. Yet there is still overlaps and overall improvements too. Many people use both the Complex from Olmpian Labs called Phosphatidyl Serine Complex, AND supplement extra phosphatidylcholine on its own (Thorne Research makes a good one). The Complex gelcaps contain PS, PE, PI and fatty acids including caprylic, capric, linoleic, oleic, palmitic, linolenic, and stearic. Everything to support the Phospholipid cycle. PC is more for Acetylcholine producion for memory/learning, singing, reminiscing, drawing, writing, initiating socialization, more. PS blocks glutamates and helps with stress management. Both work better together and with the support staff. > > I don't understand; what is PC? > If PS is Phoshatidyl Serine Complex, what is PC? > > Anyone else had results with this product? > > > > Peace and blessings ~ > 42 y.o. lucky, Mega-stressed and totally exhausted Mommy > AKA Mama AKA Mom to; 4 childen, 2 here with me, > 2 in Gods hands.
