thanks to all who responded to my first post in which

I talked about my troubles with balance on the " kicks " .

After the first workout with the instructional tape, we had

to go away to an " Answers In Genesis " seminar with Dr. Ken Ham.

IT was great, but now it is time to get back into tae-bo big time.

When someone is first starting out, how often do most people

work out? I am planning 5-6 times per week.
