Try taking milk out of the baby's diet. My son had 30+ ear infections

prior to taking milk out at age 2.5.

We're attempting to make our own. My younger son gets the occassional

yogurt but he's had a ton of upper respiratory issues and I've about

had my fill. I thought maybe the trade-off of something else he liked

to eat would be worth it but it's not looking like it. You can make

yogurt with coconut milk and the potato milk; I think rice may be too

thin. You could also try adding enzymes to his diet but I honestly

don't know if it would make a difference in the congestion issue.

With my older son, it was not going to work unless we took everything

out.
