Fri Jun 4, 2010 12:58 pm (PDT) I see Jim Humbles MMS book, both parts, in the files section. Want to bitch

about those also? If you, or anyone else, wants to make a claim against me

then step up to the plate with your lawful authority in hand or shut the

Hell up.+++++++++www.oneminutecureforalldiseases.comWell RALPH FISHER, I will also step up to the plate and challenge you .     Jim willingly posts his book for free.  Rose was concerned you broke a copyright law in  freely posting somone's work which is under their copyright.  Which is EXACTLY what you did- to an open list- for free, without consideration for the author or his copyright.

on the 1st page of the book you posted  it says- copyright 2008  with the  standard, legal  " No part of this publication may be reproduced..... " Just because you CAN post something does not mean you should.

As an author and former book store  owner I am not legally allowed to post the " secret " to someones   technique,  on DVD or book.   I was often asked to just tell the " secret "   to the  inside out tire trick-   now, the author took 4 years to figure it out, write a book, pay for making a DVD, and teaching people via his website.  but most crass uncaring people just wanted to know what to do without compensating him.

So pull in your horns.  You owe Rose an apology, you are the guilty party.     ALWAYS check for a copyright before posting to the web and possibly cutting out the author of his EARNED income from his OWN LABORs.

You posted  for free to all, a book  $39.95 for sale, which is under full copyright, and anyone here who wants to can report you to the author, as a thief.     the LIST OWNER may want to remove the posting with the book PDF  from the archives to not be liable or compliant in copyright infringement, &   theft of this book.

here is a clip from the authors website:  Her book costs $39.95I'm Madison Cavanaugh, and I’ve been both an aficionado and avid researcher of natural and wholistic approaches to health for the last 30 years -- and have also written articles about them as a contributing editor for natural health magazines and publications.  As such, I’ve witnessed an endless parade of “natural” remedies and therapies go by -- some having merit and others providing little or no health benefit at all.

In 1999, my father died of colon cancer after a long, hard battle that was exceedingly painful for him to bear (and for us, his family, to witness).  My grandmother also died of brain cancer not long before that.  We saw her writhe in agony during the last few months of her life, the doctors unable to do anything -- even to ease her pain.
