Guest guest
I lost track of the post with the request. That's one reason I'm often a nut about appropriate subject lines. Oh well, whoever asked, you know who you are. Bear in mind that this is what I did and may not apply to anyone else. I was plagued with severe angina and weakness after my MMS experience. This will be brief and not all-inclusive as I am pressed for time. I'm hitting the high spots. There are many things that will help the heart but I'm only mentioning the ones that I thought did major restorative work for me. The first thing I did was to get CoQ10- almost any will do but I like the powder from NOW, and the ing-Rath formula from www.vitamincfoundation.org. I will not buy any manufactured C from any source except Quali-C and that is sold by the VCF. Long story, not enough time. If you are sick and weakened, the wrong C could literally kill you. Nuff said. The heart is a muscle. It needs protein. I suggest colostrum from www.excellentthings.com. Cayenne kept me going from start to finish but did not heal my heart nearly enough by itself. You can take all kinds of super hot cayenne and/or tinctures but I do just fine with the organic 40,000 SHU cayenne from Frontier Co-op. I did not do tinctures, I gulped down red pepper NOT IN CAPSULES and chased with water. Get tough. Hawthorn: I never did the syrups or berry concentrates. I tried just eating the berries soaked in your choice of clear liquor, mine being 100% agave tequila. Didn't help. Fun but didn't help. Get " CARDI-PLANT PRO " ! Those folks know what they are doing with Hawthorn. They don't use the berries, they use the leaves and bark. Two bottles worked wonders. I MEAN IT WORKED WONDERS! It was a turning point. There are four major electrolytes that must be in balance for the heart to beat properly: Sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. Lose your fear of sodium but use only full mineral spectrum salts and especially brine. I suggest Jeveda from www.life-enthusiast.com. Read up on brine therapy, it decalcifies. Potassium is always easier to get through fruit or juice for me. In an emergency for potassium use " No Salt " or equivalent, it is potassium chloride. Little do a little good but lot will kill you so be careful. Calcium is a must for strong heart but of course calcification is to be avoided. Calcification is NOT the result of taking or eating calcium in any right or wrong form. Calcification is a nano-bacteria infection. Magnesium is special. There is no form as effective as bicarbonate: www.afibbers.org/Wallerwater.pdf And please don't anyone harangue me about magnesium chloride. I've done it inside out and upside down. It doesn't touch the bicarbonate form. Mag bicarb will clean out your arterial and joint calcifications thereby depriving the nano-bacs of their livelihood. Overdo it and you'll get tetany, a lack of blood calcium. Do not be surprised if arthritic joints develop pain and then loosen up. Go back to Quali-C, bioflavanoids, colostrum and Cetyl Myristoleate to heal them. Other things too, more than I can mention now. Want the best calcium in the world? Drink raw Jersey milk. I did an extreme mag bicarb protocol and got tetany real bad but cured it in hours with raw Jersey milk. Yes, Jersey is better- look up type A and type B milk. You cannot do this with pasteurized milk. Are you anti-dairy? Well you're right as long as you're talking pasteurized milk which is overwhelmingly type B. Anti-dairy is wrong when it comes to raw type A milk. I finally got much better but still had occasional mild flutters or missed beats. The capstone was potassium IODIDE. I am a big iodine taker, several forms, but KI is essential to a well regulated heartbeat for me. I suggest contacting " Trapper " on Curezone. The dose and use is simple, Take it until it cures the flutters, keep taking it until it causes a flutter, then stop. I now take a couple of drops of SSKI maybe once or twice a month. If I feel a flutter, I take a little SSKI, the don't take it again until I feel a flutter again. There were a lot of people who guided me through this. I am not doing them justice by being so brief and blunt, but my time is short right now and my bluntness may knock somebody upside the head and save their life. No time for any arguments and I might not see any replies anytime soon. Got too many irons in too many fires right now. OOPS- I almost forgot- although enzymes were not a big part of my recovery, I am taking them now. I am taking the circulatory enzymes from www.biomagscience.net. I have developed a profound respect for Kulish and his work. DaddyBob
