This is Official--My son is a PANDAS Kid!!!

I have been on this group for more than 8 months, and my son has been diagnosed with autism for 7 years, and yesterday was the first time we were told by DAN officially that our son is suffering from chronic strep infection, and his is one of the PANDAS kids. Join the club. I can't imagine that why the heck it takes us 7 years to figure it out. All these doctors in his life time that we have been seen, none of them has discovered it, until we saw Dr. Baptist... My son has never had any GI problems, if he does, just few minor gas or diaherria in his whole life time, who knows strep infection, yeast overgrowth, metabism dysfunction has never been picked up by other docs....Luckily that i have been educated by all of you from the group for 8 months and well prepared for the bad news... We pretty much are on the right diet, and right supps, just need to boost

up volume, add few more supp..... I want to say thank you to all of you who have been sharing and mentoring me on this forum... Now, it is official, join the club--PANDAS, and a lot of work ahead of us... and keep rolling....
