I want to begin this protocal and want a clear understanding of what I need to

do. For instance, what is the latest protocal what are some sources to buy

protocal it. And what would one order at that point.

And if worse came to worse and one must make MMS themselves, what are some

sources and what are the directions.

There is a lot of information and knowledgeable people that post on this site

but it is tough for a newcomer to try and fit all together in a coherent way.

So, if you would, someone please explain the latest protocal step-by-step and

some sources of where to order and what and to order.

I read here about a protocal that uses drops and capsules. Is this the latest.
