Guest guest
My son also has eczema, but not asthma, I have tried everything from precriptions, steroids, expensive lotions but I have found that T- Gel or any other dandruff type shampoo helps with the eczema on the head, and the two best remedies for the body I have found were, plain old vaseline, or crisco, and the other is baby oil gel. The other key is to make sure that you dry their skin thoroughly after bathing, not to wash them too often in the winter, and keep putting on the moisturizers in the morning, night , and after bathing. --- In , " Tippe " <bctippe@t...> wrote: > Can anyone tell me what they use for eczema? Guest guest
Removing dairy products from my daughter's diet was the only thing that helped the rash behind her knees. Maybe there is a food allergy you need to look into. Guest guest
Joanne, Are you recommending " Zenmed " for eczema? If so, can you use it on the face? I'm assuming it doesn't require a prescription? Guest guest
Tammy, I am recommending the site for those who may want another choice from the normal prescribed creams. http://www.phytome.com/ was the original site where the children's care products are listed. I have used their products on the face and internally, but if you have any further questions contact them through their website " contact us " link or 877-647-4242. They can answer questions regarding their products and if it can be applied on the face. I am not an employee of Zenmed nor am I a paid representative. My aunt is a nutritionist and always told me to heal from within and topically for the best results. My teenage daughters' acne improved within 2-4 months. My son's eczema disappeared by his 2nd birthday. No more bleeding cheeks. Guest guest
, http://www.phytome.com/ is the original site with children products. My son had an internal yeast infection which was diagnosed and tested by a DAN nutritionist. This may have been the cause of the eczema and bleeding cheeks. Like all products, you may not get the same results. I treated my son both internally and topically. (flaxseed oil and the childrens healing cream). He had baby smooth skin within 4-6 months. At 7 he has not had a recurrence. Must be the EFAs curbing his skin problems. Good luck! Re: [ ] Re:Eczema Interesting site. Guest guest
Thankyou ! I never made the connection between yeast and the excema problem that I am having. I don't drink beer, but I love all kinds of bread. I wonder if any breads have less yeast than others, such as maybe whole wheat bread. Would you know if any breads have less yeast than others? THanks for the info! Gayle
Guest guest
Hello : Thankyou so much for all your helpful information! I will try to follow it as best as I can. I am having a series of patch tests next week to see what I am allergic to. I think you are right about the yeast being a big problem. It's strange that I have always loved all kinds of breads and cheeses and never had a problem with them until a few months ago. I wonder why they are affecting me now, but didn't ever before. How long have you had eczema? Have you always had it? Thanks so much for your help! Gayle
Guest guest
My oldest son has terrible eczema (sp?) on his hands during the winter, with the bleeding and everything. We have tried probably a dozen different approaches from diet to supplements to creams to humidity, and FINALLY found something to get rid of it...Gold Bond Ultimate Healing Skin Therapy Lotion. We put it on at night before bed, covered his hands with socks...two nights in a row and it was gone. It's at your local Wal-Mart and has a bunch of chemicals in it that sound scary and probably aren't good for you! ; ) Josh had no ill effects from it though, and man, it was nice to see his hands clear for a change. Guest guest
I have had eczema all my life (although its much less frequent/severe as an adult) and I have one more cream to suggest. Besides eczema I get extremely chapped hands in the winter and the only thing that has helped both (over the counter that is) is an intensive hand cream made by Aveeno. It costs about $5 here and I will never be without it again!! I have tried everything under the sun. I will keep the Goldbonds in mind now as well. --- In , " on " <jmorriso@m...> wrote: > My oldest son has terrible eczema (sp?) on his hands during the winter, > with the bleeding and everything. Guest guest
My mother had eczema, and used the Godzilla on the wrist for a week. She also did a couple of liver flushes using apple juice and olive oil. If you interested I can probably find the flush in my files. She hasn't had a reoccurance for about six months now. Guest guest
you should definitely look it up on google, " pathology of eczema " or similar wording to determine what, where, how this disease works. If it's microbial or not, where best to place the electrodes. Your " go it blind " approach can end in frustration. bG > Hi, > > Has anyone had any issues with eczema and using godzilla? Guest guest
Bob, I have someone local who has asked me for help with this same problem (they know I like the battery) so I will try to research it myself. At first glance it doesn't seem like this disease would lend itself to treatment with blood electrification, but I have no real basis for saying that since I know nothing about the pathology of eczema. I want to help this person (who asked) but at the same time I sort of have my hands full with my own treatment program...I never want to say no though. Guest guest
Good insight, we need to know. What little I gleaned seems to suggest there are several kinds of eczema, and it's appearance is patterned around the body depending on which kind you have. so, it could be a similar placement to herpes where it lives in a nerve channel and appears in a certain spot. There are lots of herpes viruses, enough to go around and cause numerous illnesses. Electrodes placed by nerve path makes some sense as a first hint, but you can find out more reading up on it in 15 minutes than I can write easily. Good luck, Chuck Bob > > > Hi, > > > > > > Has anyone had any issues with eczema and using godzilla? Eczema is one form of herx reaction. The body is trying to get rid of the toxins produced by killing pathogens, and one route is to excrete the toxins through the skin. This can happen even when the person is drinking enough water (but will surely happen when the person is NOT drinking enough water -- enough water is 1/2 ounce of water per pound of body weight, daily). -- Dean -- from (almost) Des Moines -- AC0BG
