Hello, kidney failure question

Hi there, I'm been searching for material that can help my mother, she's diabetic and on Dialysis. She's only 49 years old. I have her on several things but they're keeping her stable but she's not improving. I know how careful you were being with your post on not mentioning cure. Big props on that lol. My questions is, was your friend able to get off dialysis. I would really love to see my mother off of that god awful machine. Thank you so much for passing the knowledge.
