It is a little bit scary posting such personal things in public view for all to read, but it was something that I needed to do to be free from the ugly secrets and the to destroy that negative thought pattern in my life. Guest guest
Hi Tami, I am glad that you have a better frame of mind than when you first started Lifelift. Rashelle is very supportive and I am glad that she started this list. Sometimes I wonder if I ask her some stupid or odd questions but I know that is not true. The only stupid question is the one that is not asked. I am glad that you are on the list because you are very inspiring to me. They say a problem shared is a problem cut in half. I guess you could say we are both on the road to recovery in healing our bodies and our way of thinking. For me it starts with my mind because it can play tricks on me. I just say no now when my mind tells me that cookie won't hurt me. I am going out looking for a book today that helps with this too. I hope it works since I've seen the guy on Oprah :-). LOL! It doesn't hurt to check it out. Also thanks for the idea of doing those positions in the tub. I am going to give it a try soon. Have a great day! Michele S. Guest guest
Hi , This is such a wonderful message. I can't think of anything that makes me happier than thinking that we are helping create a healthier, happier child by giving her something that is both educational and also fun for her to do. Please give her a huge Carissa bear hug for me and tell her I said Hi! Hugs, Rashelle Hi Rashelle, Today my daughter and I did the Oxygen Zoo tape for the second time and we love it. She had tried to do my original Life Lift tape and had gotten really frustrated because she hadn't figured out the breath. Sho loved the Zoo tape so much she made me promise to do it again today! She absolutely loves to listen to you! I love the tapes and will continue to do them daily, forever!! Thanks Rashelle, you really are a doll! Guest guest
I started eating these products about a year ago in connection with an anal fissure which wouldn't heal. It did, and since I started to feel better than ever before in the last fisteen years or so I decided to go ahead taking the herbs. Alpha 20C was included in my list but only in very small quantities. The people who introduced me into these herbal therapy were sure I had systemic candidiasis but I wouldn't take them seriously. Until around late November last year I was given once again (sigh!) some large doses of antibiotics by my family doctor in order to help me overcome a bad flue. Now I think there was no flue but a big cleanse somehow initiated by the herbs. They are very powerful. With the antibiotics I developed a very evident oral candidiasis. My tongue was covered with whitish spots, and so was my palate. Besides it was all sore. Now I'm taking larger doses of Alpha 20C but only on and off. What I have noted is that every time I increase my intake, I have false feeling that I can't breathe, I feel dizzy and I develop some sort of stiffness and numbness in my throat and lower chest. (That's when I panic). But I suffered from chronic diarrhea before, and the diarrhea has gone! My bowel movements are pretty normal now! So there must be something in that Alpha 20C herbal concentrate that is doing its job. So I hope. Guest guest
OK. The Alpha 20 C is a powerful herbal concentrate which feeds your immune system so it is capable of functioning optimally. It is based on the ancient Chinese philosophy of regeneration. Over the last 5000 years the Chinese have specialized in understanding thousands of herbs and their effect on the human body. Some studies began with one man eating an herb and recording the effects on his body. The gathering of information through the years is observed experience. With this experience, the Chinese have classified all herbs into three groups. The first is called food herbs. These herbs do not control the body but, as food, they provide the body with nutrition to support proper functioning and self-regulation. The second group is called medicinal herbs. The antifungals which many of you are taking fall within this category. These herbs function similarly to the drugs commonly used by medical doctors. The herb is used as a substitute for a function the body was designed to perform on its own. Sometimes this is necessary but often a more desirable situation is getting the body to be able to overcome the problem itself. Unfortunately substitution tends to create negative effects and the body's inability is not overcome, so the root of the problem is not really solved. If you live in the US, you may buy these herbs from any of Sunrider's many distributors. I import mine from Sharon's Sunrise Enterprise Inc., tel. (801) 571-7119, fax (801) 571-9822, alden@.... You need to contact: " Alden Jensen " <alden@...> I also buy some of my herbs from a storehouse the company has in England. This is: Sunrider Europe, tel. +44 (0) 20 7940, fax: +44 (0) 20 7940 8020 They will give you as much information as you need. ---------- From: Rabbitbrain@... candidiasis Subject: RE: Testimonial Date: sáb., 26 mayo 2001 01:56 Paco, I was at the web site but the product list is not running yet. My wife was in end stage candida (bed ridden, grand mal seizures, md gave her 3 months to live). A friend recommended we try massive quantitites of Alpha20C to boost her immunity and kick start her system, + other Sunrider stuff to cleanse, balance and nourish. Guest guest
, you are doing GREAT! Isn't it funny how your body will tell you to stop the avoids. Chocolate is my " enstein " too, makes me tired, but a girl's gotta have something, LOL. For breading I use riceflour, works really well, or even cream of rice. Now with the oatmeal, I think Dr. D mentioned to eat it only, if you want to gain weight. But you're already doing great on not having those bars, the ingredients in those are mindboggeling too, sometimes. Guest guest
From the reseach I just did, NCD or Natural Cell Defense, is a mineral, zeolite. Zeolite is a form of aluminum silicate, see here: http://mineral.galleries.com/minerals/silicate/zeolites.htm However, as it has an open structure, I guess there is some possibility that it could chelate things...however I know nothing at all about its biological effects. Seems like a very expensive mineral. And it is aluminum. Draw your own conclusions. Peace, Kathy E.
