I have never found anything as powerful as homemade kefir, milk and water

versions. We make both here. I stopped for two years, long story, just too

many irons in the fire, and recently started back few weeks ago. Our first

milk grains never did reproduce, kefir so so. These new grains are amazing.

A member of the kefir forum sent them for 10, ship and packaging...she prob

makes 2 bucks on the deal. These are beautiful grains. I would recommend

Rae to anyone. If anyone is interested pm me. I'm not selling and get no

kick back.

For my water grains I found a couple on ebay who love their grains (this is

important as you get the best grains from kefir lovers). These grains are

reproducing like guppies, just like my first water grains. I did a make

offer and total cost was 10$. Can send contact info if interested.

Kefir...read up on it. Simply amazing. I have taken more probiotics,

micro encapsulated ya da ya da...nada. kefir, whole diff world. But you

have to get kefir grains...not the powdered starter kits they sell in health

food stores...and not store bought kefir. Making your own kefir is a whole

diff world.

If you're concerned about intestinal flora, kefir is the way to go

(again, whole foods, not supplements).
