Guest guest
Here is how it works. Owners: Own the group and have absolute final say in how it's run. Moderators: Owners (with a lick of sense) appoint Moderators for 4 reasons. 1. To help run the group 2. Moderators have the SAME privileges as the owner and speak FOR the owner. 3. To help keep each other "in line" or correct each other when out of line. 4. Owners and Moderators back each other up 100% no questions asked. Members have NO say in how a group is run, they can go start their own group if unhappy. This is not my first time around this block (in this and other groups). When peace is established in the group I will fade into the background (my preferred position) unless needed again . Contrary to popular opinion this is not something I enjoy. I am in this position out of necessity because of argumentative members that have no self control. I would suggest that some of you keep your comments to yourself as Moderating is emminent.
