122 lb. daughter on 40 mgs. of Prozac - enough?

I know we touched on this awhile back but I was wondering for those

whose kids are on Prozac, how much are they on? My 13-year-old

daughter is now 122 lbs., 5'7 and on 40 mgs. of Prozac. I am starting

to see the return of OCD symptoms which had been pretty well

controlled. She seems preoccupied now with a number of things, i.e.

fear of needles, fear of swimming because her nipples(or pubic hair)

might show as well as fear of the deep end, new fear of perspiring(the

wet spot showing and the odor), etc. Just wondering if we need to

increase the Prozac a lot or just a little. Curious to know how much

it took to control your kids' OCD symptoms...

We've had to increase our DD's Prozac over the years. She was initially

on 30 mgs. at age 8. She is now 13 also, but on the smaller side--95

lbs. and only 5 ft, but she's been on 60 mgs. for a couple of years.
