2008 Families with ASD Autism Expo Registration Starts Now for Therapist, Servic

F.Y.I. Families do not need to register. Only Service Providers, Therapist, Doctors, Schools and Organizations that want to set up information booths or vendor booths. This event will again be FREE to families.

Families with ASD is proud to announce it is that time again. We are inviting local service providers, therapist, doctors, and organizations that work with children and adults on the spectrum to register now. Our 3rd Annual Families with ASD Autism Expo will be held in conjunction with the 4 Bridges 4 Kids Race Weekend on Saturday, September 13th, 2008 from 1p.m. to 8 p.m. Please note this is a change in venue as well as time. This will be the first ever 10 mile race in this area. Our Expo is going to be held at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, so this will also be the first ever Autism Expo in the Northern Kentucky Area. Our 2006 Families with ASD Autism Expo had an estimated 2,200 people in attendance. Last year the estimate was 3,700. We were told by the 4 Bridges 4 Kids Organizations to predict our numbers will at least double, and may even triple since we will be in conjunction with the 4 Bridges Race and the Health and Education Expos. Registration for the 2008 Autism Expo will also qualify you for a 'First choice to Register' for the 2009 Autism Expo. Next year's expo will be our first expo over a 3 day period.

While we are moving our Autism Expo across the river to Northern, Kentucky, about 90 % of the 350 + families in our Families with ASD Group live in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Last year we even had vendors from WI and MO come to set up tables at our event!

I was unable to upload the 2008 Registration form, so you may email me at Familieswithasd@... and I will send you a form if you are interested. To get the Early Bird pricing, you must have the Registration and Payment turned in by May 31st. If you are paying by credit card, please email me your registration and I will send you a 'Pay Pal' payment request via email. All payments must be received by May 31st for the Early Bird Pricing. If you are also purchasing an Advertisement, Payment must be received by May 31st to get the Early Bird Price, however, you can email/mail the advertisement to Families with ASD no later than, August 15th, 2008. Sorry, advertisement that are not received before the printer deadline will not be refunded.

If you know of another organization that may be interested in attending our Expo, please forward this to them. This event will again be free to families. We also have Families with ASD Board Member, Parish , already signed up as a guest speaker for his book, 'Embracing Autism'.
