I have the whole kit and have been using it for about 2 weeks now. It definitely is doing something. I have more energy for sure. Today is the first day that I drank the water. I have used the mudpack for only about 3 hours at bedtime 2 separate nights. I learned that at first one can be a bit sicker because of yeast die-off and whatnot. I am really excited about this product, and look forward to reporting more success with it as time goes on. It seems promising, but time will tell.

Just for information, I have been really really sick with lyme and co's, and have tried many many things. that have not held up for very long with me. If this works, I will be the first one to youtube my story on it.
