Guest guest
Hi, I've been following the debates back and forth for some time now. I do believe that MMS has something going for it and I do agree that we could do with more info about experiences with protocols. For what it's worth this is my experience to date. I received MMS1 and citric acid in the 1/5 ratio (10% version) in July. I have a somewhat chequered medical history, which I won't bore you with except to say that for the past two years I have been suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis (at least that's the official diagnosis). I refused the Methatrexate that was offered by the hospital and started with apple cider vinegar, vitamins and minerals and increasing my water intake. I did improve to start with, from barely being able to get out of bed to limping around in a weakened form to the point where the supplements started to give me Liver problems. I gradually cut down until all I was taking was vinegar and honey, without getting worse. This brings me to May 2010 and through a friend I heard about MMS. I had suspected that my problem may be undiagnosed Lyme disease, so after reading about MMS and Jim Humble and joining your group, I started on the 20th of July, by using it to clean my teeth for one week. Being lazy and not having distilled water to hand, I have been activating it with lemon juice (5 juice to 1 MMS) rather than mix the citric acid. 27th took 1 drop dose x 5 28th 2 drops x 4 (had diarhoea) 29th 1 drop x 5 30th 2 drops x 4 31st 3 drops x 3 1st 3 drops x 4 (diarhoea) 2nd 2 drops x 3 3rd 2 drops x 4 4th 3 drops x 3 (diarhoea) Next dose used 1 juice to 1 MMS 10 mins activation, seemed stronger to me. 5th 3 drops x 2 6th 3 drops x 3 (diarhoea) 7th 10 drops MMS added to hot bath and soaked for 30 mins. I decided at this point to take a break and my partner confirms that I continue to improve, so I intend to leave off unless the improvement stops (she is a Homeopath) As a small example of the improvement in my condition I have a local walk which, in recent months was taking me 25 mins. One week ago it took me 18 mins and today I was back in 13 mins (still can't run . Most of my problem has been with knee and ankle joints, I am feeling much more flexible. I could swear at the beginning of this regime that I could feel something moving about inside, as though trying to escape from the changing environment. I hope this helps in some small way. Cheers .
