This subject reminds me of Anita, and I going to Texas for

Kristy's wedding.

Kristy hadn't told her family about having surgery. The family was

very curious about us three very different gals, different age groups

from different State...and how we knew each other. We would give

generic answers like " oh we keep in touch through the Internet " but

we would never directly answer the actual questions that were being

asked. One day Anita and I were in the hot-tub and Kristy's Mum came

and sat nearby to have a chat. She asked if we knew Kristy Used to

be heavy...we said " yes, when we first met she was heavier..doesn't

she look fabulous! " General chit chat followed.

After she left I said...gosh I was trying real hard not to lift my

arms so her Mum wouldn't notice my batwings and associate it with

losing alot of weight....lol...Anita said.. " YOU! what about me??? I

have the same scar from Brachioplasty that Kristy has and I was

trying to keep that hid! "

Kristy; you should have heard the great fun we had in our rooms

making up bizarre stories that we could tell everyone about how we

met...lol...some of those make believe stories were very racy! lol.

Kristy has always been very private with her DS story.

and I very open.

Anita somewhere in the middle.

Each of us are doing what is Right for ourselves.

Hugs

Jo

Jo, knowing YOU, I can just imagine the wild stories you concocted! I'm sure cow

droppings were involved some how. :)

I think of you each time I see that insurance commercial where the cows are

telling the meditating goose that he is saying " oom " backwards. :)
