Guest guest
Christel, I have searched the archives because I thought that you posted a recipe for homemade coconut milk yogurt awhile back. I can't find it. I attempted to make some last night and it never thickened. If you have a recipe would you please mind posting it again. I noticed that the new So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt has a strep strain of probiotic in it and we are avoiding those because of OCD issues we are trying to address. Guest guest
ahhh I am glad you mentioned that so I don't try and get them to order any. I just use about a 1/2 can of coconut milk with 1-2 probotics (we use detox support 50 billion in strength) and place it out all night...it should smell weird in the AM. oh and about 1 teaspoon agave to feed the cultures Recovering from Autism is a marathonNOT a sprint, but FULLY possible!Read more about it on my BLOGs athttp://www.myspace.com/christelkinghttp://foggyrock.com/MyPage/recoveringwisheshttp://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=677063169 RE: ReChristel - coconut yogurt recipe Christel, I have searched the archives because I thought that you posted a recipe for homemade coconut milk yogurt awhile back. Guest guest
Hi Christel, Can you tell me how the texture of this yogurt compares with dairy yogurt? Also, does it have a nice taste? Is it bland enough to mix fruit in?
