I was just wondering if any of you have ever followed the Choose to

Lose plan? I was given the book last night and it seems logical and

it is not depriving you of anyting....after all the title is A Food

Lover's Guide to Permanant Weight Loss. " Food lover would be me! If

any of you have done it, has it worked for you? It seems pretty

simple, was it easy for you???????

The 3 pant sizes that I have lost have all been without changing the

way I eat. But it can't hurt to try! If you read this book you will

definately think about what you eat before you eat it though! It

really makes you more aware of how much fat is in things!

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
