I started seeing results in self-confidence almost immediately. The weight and inches started coming off within a month. I've been doing Tae Bo for a little over two years, and have lost 50 pounds since then. Eating healthy foods has helped, but Tae Bo definitely is a contributing factor in my weight loss. Guest guest Posted June 7, 2001 Report Share Posted June 7, 2001 Welcome Dawn!! It all depends on what your lifestyle is/was before Tae-Bo to have a factor on your results. I know that if you went from no exercise to Tae-Bo, you will certaily see results faster than if you were doing some other type of exercise and are switching to Tae-Bo. Either way, you will see results!! Heck, it only took me a couple of workouts for the internal results and not too many more for the outer results. Tae-Bo is AWESEOME!! Best of luck on your journey. You're going to love it here!!! I'm kinda' new myself and everyone is soooo fun and cool here!!! You're going to have a blast reading all the posts every day and a lot of your questions will be answered... some of the people here actually know and the people on the tapes... some are actually on the tapes!!! how cool is that?! I saw my clothes getting looser after about 3 weeks of consistent use (i do at least 1 tape 5 days a week) and i'm loosing inches instead of pounds lately... which is fine with me since i'm where I want to be as far as my weight goes, i'm at 165 now and holding... i'm 6' tall and I think I look just right now... (my after photo is in the files section) i've lost about 40 lbs doing just tae bo and have kept it off for about 3 years... so I know it works!!! Congrat's for starting something that most of the population thinks is " too hard " ... the " hard " is what makes it great... if it was easy everyone would do it... and would be in awesome shape!!!
