Yes, it is a very good book. I bought mine in a health food store here, in 1975.

It does mention "Loose Leafed Lettuce" though. I wondered just what kind of lettuce that was, so I looked it up. You can see it here.

,I don't have the book and doubt if I could get it easily as I am in Panama.  What procedure do you use to create water out of lettuce?  We buy lots of lettuce for our restaurant and the kitchen staff usually throw away all outer parts and I don't like them doing that.  We are trying to put a garden together but it rains here alot and we need to make a covering first before we start growing alot of stuff.

1986/i lost same day as falling behind a build in cabinet/taken outh 2 years ago

..i was so happy to find this gold colored very good book.has 6 differents liver

clean ,every kind of cleaning by home and kitchen stuff as this colorado woman

worked in german clinick and in Usa wrote this value book. Gb
